appeared RONALD C. WILLIAMS, who, being by me first duly sworn
deposes and says: "
That this Affidavit is made in compliance with Section

That the Affiant is the President of GEOTECHNICAL
ENTERPRISES, INC., a Florida corporation (the "Corporation}~ duly
authorized by the Corporation to execute this Affidavit on its
behalf and says that the Corporati.on is engaged in business~under
the fictitious name of WILLIAMS ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, a
division of GEOTECHNICAL ENTERPRISES, INC., located and operating
at the following address: 12290 U. S. Highway 19 South, ~
Clearwater, Florida 34624, and that the extent of the interest of
all those interested in said enterprise is as follows:
