AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
OF THE SAVANNAHS CONDOMINIUM SECTION 1
TO ADD SUBSEQUENT PHASB 1-C
THIS AMENDMENT ("Amendment") TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE
SAVANNAHS CONDO INIUM SECTION ("Declaration"} ~0 ADD SUHSEQUSNT PHASS 1-C is

WHEREAS, pursuant to the Condominium Act, Chapter 718, Florida Statutes,
1976 ("Act"), as amended thraugh the "filinq of the Condominium Documents" as
that phrase is defined in the Declaration, Developer has established The
Savannahs Condominium Section 1("Condominium"), according to the Declaration
of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 413, Paqe 2610, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Condominium is a"phase condominium" a~ contemplated by
Section 718.403 of the Act and set forth in Article IX of the Declaration; and
WHEREAS, the Declaration provides for the submission to condominium
ownership as the initial phase Phase 1-P; and also provides for submission to
condominium ownership of one or more "Subsequent Phases" (as that term is
defined in the Declaration); and
WHEREAS, Developer desires to add Phase :-C as part of the Condominium as
a Subsequent Phase; and
WEIEREAS, the "Association" has entered into an Aqreement For Operating
Leasehold Interest and the "Unit O~+aers" have each entered into a Lonq Term
Recreation Lease, which documents are included herein by reference and are
deemed part of the "Condominium Documents" applicable to the Condominium and
the obligations thereunder are "Common Expenses" (as those t~rms are defined
in the Declaration) as therein set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, Developer, as the owner in fee simple of the "Phase 1-C
Land," as hereinafter defined, hereby states and declares:
1. All terms used herein shall have their meaning as defined in the
i Declaration.
~ 2. The real property more particularly described on Ezhibit F to the
Declaration (attached hereto as Exhibit A) (the "Phase 1-C Land") is hereby
~ submitted to condominium ownership and added as a part of the Condominium.
The Phase 1-C Land, toqether with all improvements now or hereinafter located
~ thereon and all appurtenances thereto, as set forth on the Survey, Plot Plan
and Graphic Description of Improvements for Subsequent Phase 1-C (attached
hereto as Eghibit 8), shall constitute Phase 1-C.

~ 3. This Amendment shall become effective upon recordinq amongst the

~ Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. The effect of this Amendment
~
~ shall be that Phase 1-C, Phase 1-L, Phase 1-T, Phase 1-A, Phase I-G,
~ Phase 1-3, Phase 1-B, Phase 1-R, Phase 1-Q, Phase 1-F, Phase 1-E and Phase 1-P
F shall be, and the same constitute the Condominium. The proportionate interest
~ in the "Common Elements" of each "Unit" (as those terms are defined in the
~ Declaration) now constituting a part of the Condominium is shown on Eghibit C
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
