THIS WARRANTY DEED made and executed the 22nd day of January A.D.,
1990 by CLINT WESTBERRY, INC., a Florida corporation, a corporation
existing under the laws of Florida, and having its principal place of
business at 590 N.W. Peacock Loop, Suite #7, Port St. Lucie, Florida
34986, hereinafter called the grantor, to JOSEPH C. RAYNOCK and PAULINE
M. RAYNOCK, husband and wife „ whose post office address is 25 Jasmine

assigns of individuals, and the su~cessors and assigns of corporation.
WITNESSETH: Tr.at the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum
of $10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, by the presents does grant, bargain. sell, alien, remise,
release, convey and confirm unto the grantee, all that certain land
