KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Barnett Mortgage Company, a
Florida corporation, the owner and holder of a certain mortgage given
by William E. Weidner and Glvria B.Weidner
to BARNETT BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY bearing the date the 16th day of
January, 1986 and recorded in Official Record Book 488,
Page 2353 in the Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of ~
St. Lucie County, State of Florida, given to secure the principal
sum of $40,000.00 and covering property in said mortgage discribed, ~
does hereby acknowledge full payment and satisfaction of said mortgage '
and all indebtedness secured thereby and does hereby authorize and ~
