WARRANTY DEED
THIS WARRANTY DEED made the 19th of January, 1990 by
THOS. J. WHITE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation
(hereinafter called the "Grantor), and TOWN SQUARE DEVELOPMENT
GROUP, INC., a Florida corporation, whose address is 1167 N.W. ~
Prima Vista Boulevard, Port St. Lucie, Florida 34986,
(hereinafter called the "Grantee") (whenever used herein, the -
terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this
instrument and the heirs, legal representatives and assigns of
individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations);

q (1) Grantee shall commence construction within twelve (12)
G month: from the date of Closing. In rhe event construction is
~ not commenced within said perio~, Grantee shall reconvey the
property to Grantor pursuant to Paragraph 18 of the Contract for
, Sale and Purchase between Grantor an3 Grantee. Upon the gaod
faith commencement of construction on the Property within the
time period set forth above, the right to repurchase herein
provided for shall terminate and Grantor shall upon receipt of
written request from Grantee, execute a release of such right to
repurchase in recor3able form. Grantor shall be entitled to all '
other remedies provided in said Agreement.
