MORTGAGE ADDITION AGREEMENT
THIS MORTGAGE ADDITION AGREEMENT made and entered into this

26th day of January , 1990 by SOU~H FLORIDA CUSTOM HOMES, `
INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor",
and FLORIDA NA~IONAL BANK, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgaqee".
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations and an
extension and advance of funds by Mortgagee to Mortgagor pursuant to
a Master Mortgage and Secur~ty Agreement, Revolving Credit Line
Agreements and Revolving Credit Master Note and Master Construction
Loan Agreement, the ~ortgagee does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
transfer, alien, remiss, convey and confirm unto riortgagee those
lands situate in St. Lucie County, Florida and described as follows:
Lot 9 , PRESIDENTIAL COVE, St. Lucie West Plat No.
13, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 27, Pages 9, 9A through 9D, Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida. ~

subject and pursuant to the Master Mortgage and Security Agreement ~

dated the 29th day of March, 1989 given by Mortgagor to Mortgagee, ~
and recorded in O. R. Book f29, Page 1767 of the Public Records of
