~einy part of said mortgaged and assigned premises, from the lien and
opc~ration of the Mortgages and Assignment;
NOW THERE~ORE, KNOW YE, thaC the Mortgagee/Assignee, in
consideration of the pren~ises herein and the sum of Ten Dollars
($10.00), to it paid by the Mortgagor/Assignor, at the time of the
execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, remises,
releases, quit-claims, exonerates and discharges from the lien and

the said Mortgagor/Assignor, its heirs and assigns forever, freed,
