MORTGAGE ADDITION AGREEMENT

THIS MORTGAGE ADDITION AGRE£MENT made and entered into this ~
26th day of Januarv ~ 1990 by S~UTH FLORIDA CUSTOM HO~~;ES, ~
INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor",
and FLORIDA NATIONAL BANK, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagee". •
WITNESSETH, that for good and valuable considerations and an ;
extension and advance of funds by Mortgagee to Mortgagor pursuant to
a Master Mor~gage and Security Agreement, Revolving Credit Line
Agreements and Revolving Credit Master Note and Master Construction
Loan Agreement, the Mortgagee does hereby grant, bargain, sell,
transfer, alien, remiss, convey and confirm unto Mortgagee those
lands situate in St. Lucie County, Florida and described as foilows:
Lot 6 , PRESIDENTIAL COVE, St. Lucie West Plat No.
13, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 27, Pages 9, 9A through 9D, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
subject and pursuant to the Master Mortgage and Security Agreement
dated the 29th day of March, 1989 given by Mortgagor to Mortgagee,
and recorded in O. R. Book 629, Page 1767 of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida; the terms, covenants, provisions of which
are hereby incorporated herein by reference.
Intangible taxes for the amount simultaneously advanced on this
date -p- ) and secured hereby are affixed hereto in
accordance with the Florida Statutes Section 199.I43.
