KNOW ALL MEN BY TBESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS• SOUTH FLORIDA CUSTOP] HOMES, INC., hereinaftec =
referced to as the mortgagor, by Indenture of Master Mortgage
bearing date the 29th day of March, A.D. 1989 recorded in
Official Records Book 629, Page 1767, and by Mortgage Addition
Agreement dated the 10th day of ~riay A. D. , 1989, and recorded
in Official Records Book 636 , Page 215 . in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for the County of St. Lucie,
State of Florida, granted and conveyed unto FLORIDA NATIONAL '
BANK, hereinafter refer~e~ tc as the mortgagee, and its assigns,
the premises therein particularly describzd, to secure the
payment of the sum of up to Two Million and no/100's Dollacs, 3

with interest as therein mentioned:
AND WHERBAS, the said mortgagor has cequested the said
mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of said mortgaged premises, from the lian and operation of
said Mortgage:
NOW TeEREFORE~ RNOW YE~ tnat the saia morzgagee, in
consideration of the premises and of the sum of 109.000.00
One Hundred Nine Thousand Dollars & no/lOQ~ollars, to it in hand
paid by, or on behalf of, the said mortgagoc at the time of the
execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do
remise, release, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its
heirs and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed
by said martgage, more particularly describec~ as follows:

the said mortgagor, heirs and assigns forever, freed, exonerated ;
' and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgage, and every ~
' part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that nothing herein '
contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the effect, ~
