Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows,
to-wit:
Lot 158 of Sheraton Plaza, Unit Three, Replat according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 16, Page 12 of [he Public Records of St. Lucie Coun-
ty, Florida.
hereby acknowledges full payment and satisfaction of said note and mortgage
deed, and surrenders the same as cancelled, and hereby directs the Clerk of
the said Circuit Court to cancel the same of record.
