WATSON ma_y be summoned ta appear before the Clerk bv Sheriff's
Service of Process or by Certified biail, return receipt
requested, and the cost thereof shall be taxed against RICHARD E.
WATSON and shall be reimbursed by RICHARD E. WATSON, Failure of
RICHARD E. WATSON to appear before the Clerk after being properly
summoned, shall be deemed in contempt of court and punished as
such.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the child

; support payments ordered herein are subjsct to further orders of
~ this Court for income deduction pursuant to Section 61.181,

~ Florida Statutes. Upon the payment of any support ordered herein

becoming delinquent more than thirty (30) days, the Clerk of

~ Court shall promptly app11~ for an order of income deduction, if
~
; appropriate, or enforce the terms of this order by any civil or

~ criminal remedies available by law.

j 4. PROPERTY: The Stipulation and Agreement made and
~ entered into the 6th day of November, A. D., 1989, as admitted
~ into evidence, is hereby incorporated herein by reference and the
~

' parties are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
5. TITLE: In the event that either party fails or
refuses within ten (10) days from date of this Judgment to trans-
fer title to any personal or real property as provided for in the

Stipulation and Agreement, then this Judgment shall act as a

~ muniment of title hereby vesting title in the respective parties
as required by the said Agreement.
