paid by each of the parties hereto to the other of them, at or
before the execution and delivery of this Stipulation and Agree-
ment, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and the parties
hereto hereby covenant, promise and agree to and with each other
in the manner following:
1. In addition, except as otherwise provided herein
in this Stipulation and Agreement, the parties agree that upon
obtaining a final dissolution of marriage, each of the parties
hereto shall be free from malestation, restraint, interference
and authority as fully and in the same manner as if unmarried.
Tl~e ~arties agreP that the Hucband shall h~ve ~,s
his sole property the 1979 BMW motorcycle and welding equipment,
as well as all furniture, furnishings and fixtures of the marital
residence, with the exception of the child's bedroom suite and
Wife's personal effects and clothing.
3. That the Wife is the owner of 1979 Mercury Zephyr
automobile, whi~h ~hall be transferred to Husband, and the
Husband is the owner of a 1979 GMC truck, which shall be

j transferred to the Wife. The parties agree between them each
~
~ shall transfer by title their respective automobiles to the other

~ party, and that each party shall subsequently pay and be

responsible for any indebtedness relating to their respective

~ automobiles as transferred and shall hold the other party
~ harmless from same.

~ 4. The parties agree that all personal property has
~
~ been previously amicably divided, except as provided otherwise
~ herein.
~ 5. There has been one child born of the marriage to-
~
wit: JENNIFER MARIE WATSON, ag~ 9 years, born August 14, 1980.
The parties hereb;~ agree that the parental responsibility for ~he
minor child shall be shared by both parties. Both parties herety
; agree to have full parental rights and responsibilities with
~
~ respect to the said minor child and both parties hereby agrPe to
~
~ confer so that major decisions affecting the welfare of the child
~
k wiZl be determined jointly, The Wife shall have primary physical
~
