residency of the child with reasonable and liberal visitation
rights to the Husband. If the parties cannot agree on a
reasonable visitation schedule~ then visitation shall be in
accordance with the Judge's Standard Visitation Schedule, a copy
of which is attached hereto.
6. The parties agree between them that the Husband
shall pay child suppo:t on behalf of the minor child in the !
amount of $50.00 per week, commencing on the first Friday
following the execution of this Agreement, and to continue on a
like day of each succeeding week thereafter, until the child
attains the age of majority, marries, dies or becomes self-
supporting, whiche~~er first occurs. All payments shall be made
through the Clerk of Court and by him remitted promptly to the
Wife, plus the Clerk of Court statutory fee of $1.00. The
parties hereby agree that the Court's standard provision for
income deduction will be included in the Final Judgment entered
herein.
7. The Husband agrees to continue to provide health
insurance on behalf of the minor child. Each party agrees to

pay one-half (1/2) of any and all amounts of inedical and dental
' bills not otherwise covered by insurance, including any and all
I deductibles.
4 8. The parties hereto agree that each of them shall
pay one-half (1/2) of all school related expenses incurred for

~ the benefit of the minor child, including all expenses incurred

~ for the benefit of the minor child, which further includes all
~
~ expenses related to any trade school, college tuition,

~ dormitory/housing expense and books and supplies to further the
~
~
~ child's education.

~ 9. Upon execution and delivery of this Agreement, the ~
Wife agrees to transfer by Warranty Deed to Husband the marital
residence located at 5804 Melville Road, Fort Pierce, Florida.
The Husband agrees to pay to Wife the sum of Five Thousand
5 Dollars ($5,000.00) for her interest in the marital residence.

~ The parties further agree that Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) ,

~ shall be given by the Husband to the Wife at the time of '

execution of this Agreement and that the remainder of $2,000.00
