paid in full.
10. Neither party shali make any claim for alimony
against the other and each party hereby waives any such claim for
alimony which he or she may have against the other. I
11. The Husband agrees to pay and be responsible for
any and all bills relative to credit card accounts arising out of
the marriage and further agrees to hold the Wife harmless from I
same.
12. The pai•ties hereby agree to the entry of a mutual
restraining order restraining each other from harassing,
molesting, or annoying the other henceforth.
13. The parties hereto agree to each be responsible
for his or her own attorney's fees and costs incident to this
' agreement and any sub~equent dissolution of marriage proceeding
ratifying this agreement.
14. The parties acknowledge that there are no other
verbal or written understandings between the parties and that
! this agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the

! parties hereto.

~ 15. In the event that a Final Judgment of Dissolution

~ of hiarriage is entered by a Court of competent jurisdication
~ dissolving the marriage of the parties hereto, the parties hereby

~ and upon approval of the Court, the same shall be incorporated in

~ the Final Judgment therein entered.
