NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned Homeowners'
Association, by and through its undersigned officer, pursuant
to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions,
as recorded at OR eook 583, Page 283, St. Lucie County,
Florida public records, claims a lien for unpaid assessments,
together with a reasonable attorney's fee incurred by the
undersigned Homeowners' AssoGiation incident to the collection
oi such assessments or enforcz;«~~t5 of such lien, upon real
~ property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more
particularly described as follows:
; Lot 27, TROPICAL EAST, a Subdivision according to the plat
thereof r~corded in Plat book 26, Pages 12 and 12A, Public
Recards of St. Lucie County,~Florida.
The name of the record owner of the above described real
property is NICK A. DAMANTE and ANGELA DAMANTE.

This Claim of Lien is to secure the payment of assessments

against the above identified owner by the undersigned
