The land conveyed hereby is conveyed subject to the
restrictions, easements and conditions of record, and, in
I particular, to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and
~ Restrictions for ST. LUCIE WEST COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES ASSOCIA-
~ ~ TION, INC. recorded in Official Record Book 573 at Page 1941,
~ i and to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions

E i Record Book 576, Page 2616, all of the Public Records of
~ I St. Lucie County, Florida.

~ j This conveyance is made in contemplation of the formation of
a Chapter 190, F.S., Community Development District which
i' will encompass within its boundaries the property being
~ conveyed by this Deed.
~ By acceptance of this Deed:
~ (1) Grantee hereby gives its full, irrevocable, and
I' unqualified consent to the establishment of a Community
~ j, Development District, the boundaries of which will encompass
~ the property hereby conveyed to Grantee by Grantor.
~ j; (2) Grantee, its heirs, successors, mortagees, grantees
or assignees, convenant that it will execute whatever further
consents, documents, instruments, or writings as are necessary
, ; a~ any time ta evidence full consent and approval to the
~i establishment of a Community Development District encompassing
~ within its boundaries the property being conveyed by this
i~ Deed .
~ i': (3) Grantee agrees, covenants, and affirms that this
