Responsibilities of Debts
The parties agree that neither of them ~:ill, at any time
hereafter, contract any debts, charges or liabilities khatsoever,
for which the other ~arty hereto, or his or her property or estate,
shall or may become lia~le or answerable, nor shall either
p~rty use or pledge thP credit of the ather, and each agrees
that he or she srall at all times kee~ the other party free:
harmless and indemnified from any and all debts and liabilities.
