2. Defendants, FRANK A. SANGUEDOLCE and CARLENE M.
SANGUEDOLCE, agree to the entry of a Final Judgment of Foreclosure
in the within action which shall include the above amounts, plus

E until the date of entry of Final Judgment, interest after entry of
