4. Plaintiff agrees to forebear seeking entry of said Final
Judgment and allow Defendants, FRANK A. SANGUEDOLCE and CARLENE M.
SANGUEDOLCE to bring current their Mortgage so long as Defendants
make the following payments:

an unapplied account)

of a regular monthly payment
plus a late charge)
