SANGUEDOLCE fail to make any of the payments as set forth in
paragraph 4 above within l0 days of the date when any such payment
is due, Plaintiff may submit an Affidavit to the Court to that
affect and this Court shall, without notice or hearing, enter Final
Judgment of Foreclosure. The sale date shall be set as early as
possible.
7. This Stipulation shall be filed with the Court and shall
' be binding upon all parties.
