' THIS CAUSE came on for hearing before me upon the Plaintiffs'

° Fees, and in consideration thereof, it is thereupon,

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. This Court has jurisdiction of the subject matter and the

~ parties. The equities are with the Plaintiffs and against the

~ Defendant and each of them.
~ 2. Defendant, MADELINE LABIANCO, has defaulted in the payment

F of sums required to be paid on the Note and Mortgage which are the
subject of this action, and the Plaintiff is entitled to a Final
~ ,Tudgment in this cause against said Defendant.
3. That Plaintiff is awarded a Final Judgment against the
