This cause coming on before the Court on the plaintiff's hlotion for ;
Summary Final Judgment ar~d it appearing to the Court that the defendant has been 1

duly served according to law and it further appearing that the plaintiff has performed
those items necessary to confirm tt~e title in the plaintiff and there being no real issue
of fact or law to be considered by this Court upon defauit having been entered and
the plaintiff's pleadings confessed as alleged, and the Court being fully advised therein,
thereupon, it is hereby
CONSIDERED, ORDERED and AD7UDGED as follows;
1. That the Summary Final Judgment is hereby granted with the relief
prayed for and the deed dated September 16, 1980 and recorded in O.R. BOok 338,
Page 2304, public records of St. Lucie Co~nty, Florida, be and the same is hereby
confirmed, thereby placing and vesting the legal title therein to the plaintiff, LEVI
VON ZA~~1FT, as to the property described as:
Lot 5, Block 1451, PORT ST. LUCtE, SECTION I5, as per plat thereof
as recorded in Ptat 8ook 6, Page 13, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.
which said property is hereby guieted in the plaintif# against any and all claims which
could be made through the defendant or any of them.
