pertains to the collection and disbursement of income), which
includes collection of all rent and income associated with the
property, and paying all reasonable operating expenses that occux
in the normal course of business.
2. General Development Corporation shall deliver to both
Plaintiff and VILLAGE GREEN, on a monthly basis, a Statement of
Account for the subject property, setting forth the gross receipts,
income, expenses and Net Operating Income for the subject property.
• 3. General Development Corporation shall pay into the
Reqistry of this Court all Net Operating Income as identified in
j its Statement of Account. The Clerk of this Court is hereby
j authorized and directed to receive these funds and to pay any and

i all delinquent property taxes on the subject property from the
i
E funds deposited into the Registry of this Court. All remaining
funds shall be held until further order of this Court.

~ 4. Both Plaintiff and VILLAGE GREEN shall be granted access
~
~ to the operational records of the subject property upon reasonable
~
~ request to General Development Corporation.
