Al1 furniture, equipment, goods, furnishings, chattels, and other
personal property of whatever nature, now or hereafter affixed to
or used in or about the business known as "Featherstone
Chiropractic Practice" located at 782 SE Prima Vista Boulevard,
Port St. Lucie, Florida, and all goods and chattels acquired by
the Debtor subsequent to the execution of this agreement and
prior to its termination; all proceeds thereof, if any; and all ;
