The undersigned, GERALD S. HALTER and BRENDA K. ~
HALTER, as guardians of the property of SHERRY HAI.TER, a
~ minor, allege:
1. The need for the continuation of this guardian-
~
ship no longer exists by reason of the fact that the minor
i
_ child attained majo~ity on September 19, 19~9.
2. Petitioners file herewith a final return
containing a full and correct account of all receipts and
disbursements of all the ward's property of which Petitioners
have control since the last return filed herein, if any, or ~
~ from the commencement of the administration of this guardian-
~

ship if no prior return has been filed, w~ich return includes
~
~ a statement of the ward's assets.
; 3. Petitioners represent that they have faithfully
~
~ discharged their duties and atta~hed hereto is Receipt,
~ Approval of Accounting, 6Vaiver of Notice and Consent to Dis-

~ char e of Guardian
~ g properly signed by the ward, SHERRY HALTER.
WHEREFORE, Petitioners request that an Order be
~
~ entered approval all accountings not previously approved and
~ discharging Petitioners as guardians and releasing the surety i

on Petitioners' bond, if any, from further liability.
