charge of the guardians of the property of the ward, SHERRY
AALTER, a minor, notice of hearing on said Petition having
been waived by all persons entitled to same, and the court
being satisfied that the guardians have faithfully discharged
~ their duties as such guardians, have rendered a complete and
accurate final return, and have delivered the assets of the
ward to the person entitl~d thereto, it is
ADJUDGED, that said guardians be discharged and the
surety on tbe guardians' bond, if any, is released from
further liability.
