1. Ths need for the continuation of this guardianship rw longer exists by reason of the fact
~at the ward died on October 12, 1989 and a probate administration has been

2. Petitioner files herewith a final return containing a fuq and corrtct account of all
receipts and disbursements of a!! the ward's property of which petitioner has control since the last
return filed herein, if any, or from the commencemeni of the administration of this guardianship if
no prior return has bee~ filed, which return includes a statement of the ward's assets.
3. Petitioner represents that there are no parties entitled to receipt of
n~tice of this Petition other than Petitioner.
