PETITION FOR DISCHARGE
Petitioner, as personal representative of the above estate
alleges:
1. The decedent, WARREN W. KRUMPFER, a resident of St.
Lucie County, Florida, died on March 5, 1989, and Letters of
Administration were issued to Petitioner on April 8, 1989. .
2. Petitioner files herewith waivers signed by all
interested persons, other than Petitioner, waiving the filing of
~ a final accounting.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims
. and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
far the payment ~f a21 taxes and expanses of administration.
4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to
the personal representatives, attorneys, accountants, appraisers
or other agents employed by the personal representative is set
forth in Exhibit A attached hereto.
; 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns
4 with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
~ Revenue of the State of Florida, and has abtained and filed with
~
this court evidence of the satisfaction of this estate's
i obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of
the assets of this estate as set forth in the schedule of
i
E distribution attached hereto as Exhibit B.

~ 7. The only persons, oth~r than Petitioner, having an
; interest in this proceeding and their respective addresses are:

= 8. Any objections to the accounting, the compensation

` paid or proposed to be paid, or the proposed distribution of
assets, stating the basis for such objections, must b~ filed
within 30 days from the date of service hereof.
Petitioner requests that, after satisfactory proof has been
presented that distribution has been made in accordance with the
schedule of distribution and that claims of creditors have been
~ paid or otherwise disposed of, an order be entered discharging
~ Petitioner as personal representative of th~is estate and
