I, ELLIS E. MERITT, of the City af Batavia, County of Kane, State of 'i
~ Zllinois, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do '
hereby make, gublish and declare this to be my Last Wi11 and Testament, here-
by revoking any and all prior wills, codicils and testamentary dispositions
by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct my executor under this Will to pay all of my just
debts and funeral expenses, including the cost of probate and administration
of my estate as soon after my death as may be practicable.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my property, real,
personal or mixed, of whatsoever character and wheresoever situate= of which
I may die seiz~d or possessed, or which I may own or have any interest in at
the ti~e of my death, I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter,
LAURIE KR7.YKOWSKI, to be hers abs~lutely and forever, with the exception of
the special gifts described beZow.
I hereby give my coin collection to my grandsons, JASON KRZYKOWSKI
and JEREMY KRZYKOWSKI.
TRIRD: No person hereinabove named or described in this will shall
be deemed to have survived me unless he or she is living on the thirtieth day
succeeding the 3ay of my death. My former wife, LY~'D1E M. MERITT sha11 receive
no interest in ny estate whatsoever.
