this Petition for Order Authorizing Sale of Real Property,
and alleges:
1. Your petitioners are the duly appointed co-guardians
of the progerty of VIRGINIA I. MORTIMORE? having been
appointed by the District Court of Hot Springs County.

2. On January 8, 1990, this Court entered an Order
authorizing them to manage the p~operty of the ward in
Florida.
3. On August 23, 1~89. your peti.tfoners entered into a
contract to sell property belonging to the ward in Florida
said property being d~scribed as:
Lot~ 13 and 20r Blocl~ 338r of Port St. Lucie
Section 25. according to the Plat thereof. re-
corded in Plat Book 13. Page 32 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County• Florida.
a copy of said contract being attached to this p~tition as
