Will and Testament, hereby expressly revoking any Wills or
Codicils heretofore by me made at any time.
ITEM ONE

estate as soon af ter my death as may be practicable.

All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, being
both real, personal, or mixed, of whatsoever nature and
wheresoever situate, of which I die seized or Fossessed, or over
which I have any power of disposition or any interest in
I whatsoever, not otherwise disposed of, I give, devise, and
~ bequeath to my sons, JAMES F. SULLIVAN and ROBERT A. SULLIVAN, in

~ sole property should they survive me. It is my understanding
that all right, title and intierest in such property will pass by
