admitting authenticated transcript to record, it appearing to the
Court and the Court finding that:
1. The decedent GARY JOHN LIONEL WARD, died on Apri.l 16,
1979, while a resident of Mississauga, Ontario, Canada;
2. Petitioner is the 3omiciliary persanal representative
of the decedent's estate;
3. The de~cedent left praperty in this state the value
of which does not exceed $25,0OO.Oa;
4. The authenticated transcript of the domiciliary
proceedings in the estate of the decedent filed with this Court is
entitled to be recorded;

5. The decedent's estate is entitled to the benefits~of
Secti.on 734.1025 of the Florida Probate Code; it is:
ADJUDGED that the authenticated transcript of the
domiciliary groceedinqs in the estate of the above named decedent
be recorded in the public records of this county.
