MHBREAS. the Utility presently has an interest in certain
lends th~t heve been deter~ined necessary for road purposes; ana,
i18EBEAS, the prnposect use of these lands for road purposes
require suDordination of tAe interest claimed in sucD Iends Dy
, Utility to the County; and,
MHEREAS, the County is villfng to pay to have tne Utility's
facilities relocated if necessary to prevent conflict between the
I facilities so tAat the benefits of.each may be retained.
