LUCIE GROVES' property being attached hereto and incorpor~ted by reference h~rein as Exhibit "D", and MHEREAS, the proposed access points to be used for the ST. LUCIE GROVES' property along St. Lucie Boulevard Extension have been located on Exhibit "E", which is attached hereLo and incorporated by reference herein, NON, THEREFORE, IN CONSIDERATION OF the mutual covenants contained herein and ~10.00 paid by each party to the other, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: 1. ST. LUCIE GROVES hereby agrees to convey the right-of- way for the extension of St. Lucie Boulevard within the carridor designated by Keith and Schnars and the County Staff, the specific legal description as shown in Exhibit "C" which is i attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein. ~ i 2. Said conveyance shall be free and clgar of all liens and ' encumbrances. I~ 3. The warra~ty deed of conveyance will be for a specific i ~ purpose, for the use of right of way for St. Lucie Boulevard {p t !
