LUCIE GROVES agrees that all ~ertified liens or assessments and any pending liens for which work has been completed prior to the date of the conveyance herein described shall be paid by ST. ~UCIE 6ROVES. ST. LUCIE GROVES shall make and deliver to the COUNTY a Mechanics' No Lien Affidavit as to said realty. 14. Every notice, a~praval, consent or other communication authorized or required by this agreement shall nat be effective unless same shall be in writing and sent postage prepaid by U.S. certified mail, return receipt requested, directed to the other party at its address provided for below or such address as either party may designate by notice given from time to time in accordance with this section.
