specified hereinbelow when the last party signed, dates and
executes said agr~ement. The term of this agreement shall be for
a period of one (1) year from the effective date of this
agreement or upon the occurence of the designation of ST. LUCIE
GROVES' property for Mixed Use and Residential Urban Uses shown
in Exhibit "D" and the recording of the deed, if that occurs
sooner,
16. The terms of this agreement shall not merge at the time
of closing. Any provision that applies ta any events that would
occur after the closing shall survive the date of the closing and
shall be enforceable after said date of closing,
17. ST. LUCIE GROYES, its successors or assigns understands
that this agreement in no way exempts this property from
applicable state or county land development regulations.
18. 7his agreement shall be binding by the successors and
assigns of the parties herein.
