1. On September 27, 1988, this Board granted site plan
approval for a project known as Ventura Club, Inc. , A. R. A. Palm
Breezes Club, located on the north side of Orange Avenue,
approximately 1800 feet east of the Sunshine Stats Parkway
(Florida Turnpike).

27, 1990.
