On September 27, 1988, this Board granted site plan approval for a project known as Ventura Club, Inc. , A. R. A. Palm Breezes Club, located on the north side of Orange Avenue, approximately 1800 feet east of the Sunshine Stats Parkway (Florida Turnpike). ~ 1 ' 2. Pursuant to Section 3. 3. 121( 4)( f) of the St. Lucie ~ ~ County Zoning Ordinance, the Planned Onit Development/site plan ~ approval for Palm Breezes Club, form~rly known as Ventura Club, granted through Resolution No. 88-280, is extended to Septen~ber 27, 1990. ~ B.
