County, Florida, has made the following determinations:

i 1. Alvar and Kathleen Damberg presented a petition to

~ amend the future land use classification set forth in the St.
Lucie County Growth Management Policy Plan from CH (Highway

; Comraercial) to RL (Low Density Residential) for the property

~ 2. The St. Lucie County Local Planni.ng Agency, after
~ holding a public hearing on December 7, 1989, of which due notice

~ was published at least seven (7). days prior to said hearing and

notified by mail of said hearing, has recommended that the Bo~rd
a~uend the future land use classification set forth in the St.
