(i) The at large members appointed shall serve at
the pleasure of the Board.
(ii) Each at large member appointed shall be
sub~ect to the approval of the Board of County
Commissioners.
~ 3. The Bicycle Advisary Committee shall select a Chairman

' and Vice-Chairman.

~ (a) The Committee shall establish a time and place for
~ holding meetings as shall be necessary and the
~ Committee sha11 adopt such rules of organization
~ and procedure as may be required.
~ (b) The Committee may establ3sh sub-committees for
~ specific sub~ects or tasks from among its members.
~ '~he Committee shall hold its first meeting as soon
as possible from the date this resolution is
~ adopted.

~ 4. Vacancies for all appointments shall be filled upon:
~ (i) Death of a member.
~ (ii) Resignation.
~ (iii) Removal.
~
~ (a) Vacancies for any of the three (3} local government
positions (as described in paragraph 2(a) above)
shall be filled in ttae same manner as they were
originally appointed - by the respective entity.
(b) Vacancies for any of the five (5) individualiy
appointed positiona ~as described in paragraph 2{b)
above) shall be filled by the Commissioner who
` appointed the member who ~reated the vacancy,
~ sub~ect to the appointment approval of this Hoard.

~ (c) Vacancies for any of the three (3) at large
E appointments (as described in paragraph 2(c) above)
