~ THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon Plaintiff's Motion for
; Attorney's Fees. The Court previously entered a Final Judqment
~ After Default against the Defendants WILLIE J. BUSH and YVONNE BUSH
, on October 23, 1989 reserving jurisdiction for the entry of an
~ Order with regard to attorney's fees. The Court having reviewed
~
~ the Affidavit of R. Patrick Beat~y, Esquire as to attorney's fees,
E and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
i
~ ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the said Plaintiff FLORIDA
~ NATIONAL BANK does have and recover of and from said Defendants
~ ~
~ WILLIE J. BUSH and YVONNE BUSH , the sum of $3,295.86, as
principal; $1,613.27, as pre-judgment interest; $1,000.00, as
~ttorney's fees; and $99.00, as costs expended by the Plaintiff,
for a total of $6,008.13, all for which let execution issue.
