THIS INDENTURE, made this 2~` day of January, 1990, between
ALGOCEN, FIARID~, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred
to as "Grantor", and
I~ARIA R. AYULO, a married woman, whose address is 224
Fonderlac Street, Warren, Ohio 44484, hereinafter referred to as
"Grantee".
WITNESSETH:
That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten
Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to it
in hand paid by Grantee, the receipt and sufficiency of which are
hereby acknowledged, has granted, barqained and sold to Grantee,
her successors, heirs, legal representatives and assigns forever, .
