ENTIRE AGREEMENT: The lease itself contains the entire contract
of leasinq between the parties, including, without limitation, the
amount of rent, times when the rent shall be paid, and other
provisions and covenants as regulate and govern the relationship
of land lord and tenant between the parties. All persons are
hereby put on notice of the existence of the lease.
PURCHASE OPTION: The lessee herein has an option to purchase the
premises in accordance with the provisions of Paragraph 40 of said '
lease.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, this Memorandum Of Lease has been duly executed
