Exhibit "A"
This financing statement covers all right, title and
interest of the Debtor in and to the following described property
whether now or hereafter owned or existing, leased, consigned by
or to, or acquired by, the Debtor regardless of where located:
(i) All fixtures, systems, machinery, apparatus,
equipment and fittings of every kind and nature whatsoever and all
appurtenances and addi~ions thereto and substitutions or
replacements thereof now owned or hereafter acquired by the Debtor
and now or hereafter attached or affixed to, or constituting a part
of, the property or any portion thereof, including, but without
limiting the g~n~rali~y af the faregoing~ a12 heating, e~ectrical,
mechanical, lighting, lifting, plumbing, ventilating, air
conditioning and air cooling fixtures, systems, machinery,
apparatus and equipment, refrigerating, incinerating and power
fixtures, systems, machinery, apparatus and equipment, loading and
unloading fixtures, systems, machinery apparatus and equipment,
escalators, elevators, boilers, communication systems,
switchboards, sprinkler systems and other fire prevention and
extinguishing fixtures, systems, machinery, apparatus and
~ equipment, and all engines, motors, dynamos, machinery, wiring,
~ pipes, pumps, tanks, conduits and ducts constituting a part of any
k of the foregoing, as well as additions to, substitutions for,
c replacement of or accessions to any of the items recited a~
~ aforesaid and all attachments, components, parts (including spare
. parts) and accessories whether installed thereon or affixed
thereto;
~ (ii) All inventory, goods, merchandise or other similar
personal property and finished products now or hereafter acquired
by Debtor for sale or intended for sale or for use at the property,
or to be furnished under contracts of service or if so furnished,
or if they are raw materials, parts, supplies and work in process
G of every kind and description, or materials used or consumed in a
~ business, any products made or processed from such inventory,
including all goods obtained by the Debtor in exchange for any of
~ the foregoing, in the custody or possession, actual or
~ constructive, of the Debtor, including any of the foregoing that
~ is temporarily out of the custody or possession of the Debtor, and
~ other proceeds, including insurance proceeds, resulting from the
- sale or disposition of any of the foregoing;
- (iii) All accounts receivable, other receivables, room
rents and other ren~s, rents under space leases, guest room rents,
and other monies regardless of where earned or received; and
~ (iv) To the extent not otherwise included, all proceeds
: of any or all of the foregoing, including, without limitation, all
~ proceeds of any insurance.
