That certain sublease, dated even date herewith, between '

Northeast Hotel Associates, as sublandlord, and Mortgagor, as
; subtenant, for the premises located in Daytona, Florida, as more

~ particularly described on Exhibit "E" annexed hereto.
! The aforementioned subleases, as amended, are hereinafter ~

The property encumbered by the Lease consists of all ,
; those certain plots, pieces or parcels of land (the "Land") with

~ the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and

~ TOGETHER with aIl of Mortgagor's rights titles interests

~ and roads abutting the Land to the center lines thereof, (ii) all
