Land, (vi) all easer~ents and rights-of--way and use now or hereafter
affecting the Land or inuring to the benefit of the owner of the .
Land, (vii) all rents and royalties appertaining to the us~ and
enjoyment of the Land, and (viii) all other rights, privileges,
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances belonging or in any way
appertaining to the Land, including, without limitation, alley,
vault, drainage, mineral, water, oil and 4as ric~hts.
TOGETHER with all further rights, titles, interests and
estates of Mortgagor, not described in the foregoing granting
clauses, in, and to the Land (the Land and the Improvements,
together with all of the rights, titles, interests and estates
