(a) Mortgagor shall provide and keep in full force and
effect, or require others to provide and keep in full force and
effect, for the benefit of Mortgagee as additional insured,
policies of insurance as follows:
(i) insurance for the Improvements and the Equipment (v)
against loss or damage by fire, lightning, windstorm, tornado, hail
and such other further and additional hazards of whatever kind or
nature as are now or hereafter may be covered i~y standard extended
coverage "all risk" endorsements {including, but without limiting

the generality of the foregoing, and specifically, vandalism and

; malicious mischief), (w) against war risks as, when and to the
extent such insurance is obtainable from the United States of

America or an agency thereof, (x} against flood disaster gursuant
~ to the Flood Disaster Protection Act of 1973, 84 Stat. 572, 42
