meaning of Paragraph (f) of Paragraph 28), substantially to its
condition immediately prior to such taking or condemnation or, if
the foregoing is not possible, as to constitute the same a distinct
and functional architectural unit for use as a building or
buildings of the type and character existing immediately prior to
such taking, and the proceeds of any Award paid to Mortgagee in
connection therewith shall be made available to Mortgagors for
repair and restoration purposes as aforesaid; provided, however,
tha~t in such event, such Award shall be disbursed to Mortgagor in
accordance with the provisions of Paragraphs (g), (h) and (i) of
! Faragraph 28 hereof.
j (e) Except as otherwise specifically provided herein,

Mortgagee shall have the option, in its sole discretion, to apply

; all or a portion of any Award it may receive, pursuant to the

' provisions hereof, to the payment of the Indebtedness or to allow
` all or a portion of any Award to be used for repair and restoration

~ purposes, as aforesaid. The portion of any Award a~plied by

~ provided in Paragraph (b) of this Paragraph 4.
~ (f) Notwithstanding any taking by eminent domain, alteration
~ of the grade of any street or other injury to or decrease in value

' of the Real Estate by any governmental authority, Mortgagors shall
, continue to make all payments due hereunder and under the Note.
5. Mortgagor shall pay and discharge and/or cause others to
pay and discharge before any penalty or f•ine accrues, all taxes of
; every kind and nature, water rates, sewer rents and assessments,
