the Indebtedness, as a substitution in whole or in part for any
Taxes so assessed or imposed, the same shall be deemed to be "
included within the term Taxes, and Mortgagor agrees to pay and
discharge such tax or excise on Mortgagee or the Indebtedness in
accordance with the provisions of this Paragraph 5 in respect of ;

6. That riortgagor warrants the title to the Premises subject
to the conditions set forth in the title insurance commitment
delivered simultaneously herewith.
7. (a) Upon the occurrence of any Event of Default (as
hereinafter defined), Mortgagee may take such action, without
notice or demand, as it deems advisable to protect and ~nforce its
rights against Mortgagor and in and to the Premises, including,
but not limited ~o, the following actions, each of which may be
pursued concurrently or otherwise,.at such time and in such order i
as Mortgagee may determine, in its sole discretion, without
impairing or otherwise affecting the other rights and remedies of ?
