Direct Operating Expenses shall mean all reasnnable and appropriate costs and expenses which are actually and directly incurred by Mortgagor in operating and managing the remaining ~ Premises in accordance with standard use and generally acceptable , ; accounting practice. ~ ~ Release Amounts for each of the Premises hereby mortgaged are ' ~ as set forth on Exhibit "Z" annexed hereto, adjusted as provided ~ in the next succeeding grammatical paragraph. ~ In the event Mortgagor, prior to the date an individual Premises has been released pursuant to Subsection "B" of this ~ ~ Paragraph 24, shall have prepaid the Mortgage in part pursuant to ~ ~ the provisions of Subsection "A" of this Paragraph 24, the Release ¢ Amounts as set forth on Exhibit "Z" shall be adjusted to apply the ~ s ~ amount of such prior prepayments to all of the Release Amounts ~.n i ~ the same proportion as the Release Amounts as set forth on Exhibit f ~ "Z" bear to $2,550,000.00. 25.
