The Electrical Workers B~~~cFit Association hereby constitutes and
appoints McCaughan Mortqaqe Company Incorporated, a Florida
corporation, its true and iawful attorney, in its name, place and
stead and for its use and benefit, for the limited purpose of
executinq, endorsinq and acknowledginq all documents customarily and
reasonably nece:~sary and appropriate for (1) the appointment of a
successor or sul~titute trustee servinq under a deed of trust; (2) the
full or partial discharqe, satisfaction, or full or partial release of
a mortgage, deed of trust or deed to secure debt, includinq the
cancellation of Veterans Administration guaranty certificates; (3) the
foreclosure of a mortga~ge, deed of truet, or deed to secure debt or
the exercise of a power of sale contained therein; and (4) the
i conveyance of property acquired through foreclosure eales or exercise
of a~ower of sa? s; i*!~? ~:~ins~ th~ er.3oig$ment of the relat~~ ~~~c.
The undersigned gives to said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do the acts set forth above as if the undersigned were
personally present, hereby ratifyinq and confirminq all that safd
attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by authority
hereof.
